A San Francisco Must-See

Our Boston-native Optometrist made Todd and I promise that we would go to this local San Francisco show called Beach Blanket Babylon. It was great! If you live in the Bay Area, we are passing on the recommendation.

Beach Blanket Babylon is only found in San Francisco. It's a muscial spoof on pop culture, politics and popular icons of our day. The shows sell out every night and they update the scenes based on what is happening in the news, so it's always timely and it keeps you laughing. We went on a Wednesday night and the place was packed!

It plays at Club Fugazi in North Beach in a historical San Fran theater. You can spend a lot of money on great seats, but Todd and I thought the cheap balcony seats were awesome. Besides, the theater is small enough that practically any seat will give you a great view.
